   The “BDO Young Artists Award” is an initiative of BDO Latvia, in cooperation with the Latvian Academy of Arts, KIM? a contemporary art center and PILOT experimental art space, which aims to support young artists after completing a master's degree in visual art or audio-visual media or design at the Latvian Academy of Arts, with the aim of helping them gain recognition and appreciation.

   The title itself is a kind of spelling sculpture, or an avant-garde to notate music.

   ///(((! consists of several sculpture-like objects and oil paintings on canvas that are based around the idea of sound. In the visual solution, there are visible parallels with musical instruments and sound equipment as well as representations of some vague life forms. The visual representation seeks to transform audio sources into analogies of visual language and the transcendental.
